Who is responsible

The controller of the data described here is the company identified on the legal notice page, where its registration and contact details are published.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form, which is your name, your email address and your message.

The technical data any web server records, such as the address requested, the time of the request and the browser that made it.

Your basket

A basket is stored against an identifier in a cookie in your browser. It holds reference codes and quantities, nothing about you, and it is not an order.

Why we use it

To answer the message you sent, to keep the site available and secure, and to meet the obligations that apply to business correspondence. We do not profile visitors and we do not sell data.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for as long as the resulting correspondence has to be retained. Technical logs are kept briefly, for security and for fixing faults. The exact periods are set by the company and confirmed on request.

Who else sees it

The site runs on the hosting named in the legal notice, and messages are stored there. Nothing is shared with advertisers, and no analytics or marketing tracking runs on this site today.

One page is an exception worth naming: the partner network page draws a map whose images come from OpenStreetMap, so opening it reveals your IP address to them. It is the only request this site makes to anyone else, it carries nothing you have typed, and the cookie policy describes it in full.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and ask us to restrict or stop processing it. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection supervisory authority.
